Farm is next door to Granary Cottage and boasts a private enclosed garden, patio and BBQ area.
Downstairs Farm has an entrance hall, cloakroom with WC.
The living accommodation compromises of Sitting room including TV and DVD. A separate dining room with gas fire, and will seat up to
15 diners comfortably with extra settees and TV. Kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
Upstairs is a double bedroom, which will fit an extra bed on request. 1 twin room with space for cot room and a twin bunk room. Bathroom
has bath and overhead shower with basin & WC.
